How does it work? How do I receive my files?
Ordering is simple:
Browse the catalog or use the search box to find your tracks. Add them to your cart, make a secure payment via PayPal, and you'll receive an instant download link by email.
What format are the files?
By default, you’ll receive a high-quality MP3 file when purchasing from the catalog. If you need a different format (WAV, FLAC, etc.) contact me at info@singbroadwaynow.com, and we’ll make the necessary arrangements. Custom orders can include more options like multitrack sessions, transposition, tempo changes, and instrumentation adjustments.
I can’t download my file, it only plays online.
This might be due to your browser’s autoplay setting for media files. Try downloading from another browser or device. If the issue persists, contact me at info@singbroadwaynow.com, and I'll send your files directly.
How long does a custom order take?
Each song is unique, so I can't give an exact timeframe. Generally, you should expect at least a week for production, considering all the steps involved. The turnaround time also depends on my current workload. My advice is to allow as much time as possible for the best results!
Payments / Refunds
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars, and payments are securely processed through PayPal.
